4 bedroom villa on quiet mainly residential estate in Davenport, Florida. Some of its many facilities include air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout, ceramic tiling in all areas except the bedrooms which are carpeted. 2 master suites. Master Suite 1 has a Queen bed, telephone, cable TV with DVD, bath/shower, w.c.,hairdryer, walk-in wardrobe. Master Suite 2 has a full size double bed, TV, walk-in shower, w.c, hairdryer and has patio doors leading to the pool area. There are two further bedrooms (both twins)with spacious wardrobes and one room has a TV. These rooms share a full bathroom complete with bath/shower/w.c. All towels are provided.

Full kitchen facilities include fridge/freezer with ice maker/water, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, waste disposal, all utensils required.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate room housing the washing maching and separate tumble dryer together with an iron and ironing board.

The dining area seats 6 at the stylish dining table with 3 people seated comfortably at the breakfast bar.

The lounge area is light and spacious with cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan, TV with DVD player. Amongst the soft furnishings is a sofa which can be converted into a double sofa bed to sleep 10 people if required. Internet connection is available in this room.

Outside is our west facing pool and spa. There is a safety fence to keep small children safe and this can be removed when not required. The patio area is perfect for sunbathing all day and the covered lanai is ideal for having an evening drink and catching the sunset.

Should you still not be worn out after your day out then there is a games room consisting of ping pong, darts and air hockey. All equipment needed to play is provided.
