The Villa has two living areas, a Lounge and a Family room. Both rooms are carpeted. The Family room has a 27" TV {cable}, DVD player with films and a Portable CD player. The wall mounted built in intercom, Radio and 5 disc CD player is also situated in this room. It is well decorated with many pictures and plants, furniture consists of 2 side tables, 1 coffee table and a 3 piece suite.
The lounge is a more quiet relaxing room, with a 3 and 2 seater settee,The 3 seater settee folds out to make a queen size bed. 2 side tables, coffee table and bookcase. There is also a formal dining table and 4 chairs in this room.
The Kitchen area is fully tiled and well equipped with large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and ice maker and many other utensils. The sink includes a waste disposal and water filter system. All crockery, cutlery and glasses etc are provided. There is also a dining table with places for 6 and a breakfast bar. A BBQ is located in the garage for outdoor cooking.
A laundry room between the Kitchen and Double garage is equipped with a full size washing machine and drier, and also includes a clothes drying frame, iron and ironing board.
The garage has been converted to a games room with 9' Tournament slate bed pool table + dart board + electronic darts, football/air hockey table
There are 4 bedrooms,3 Bathrooms, 2 with Master suites. All have built in wardrobes. All Bathrooms are tiled. Master 1 has a Queen size bed, bedside cabinet, large dressing table and mirror. This Master overlooks the pool area through large patio doors and has door access directly into the en-suite from the poolside. Master 2 features a king size bed and usual bedroom furniture. Both en-suites have bath and separate shower unit. The remaining 2 bedrooms are both twins and are served by the remaining bathroom with shower. In one of the rooms there is a sony play station 2 and games
There is also a buggy/stroller,baby intercom + High chair available for guest use.There is also a safe provided.
The Large pool and spa are ideal for relaxing and cooling off. Pool heat is Free from March through October via solar heating. The whole area is screened and has outside lighting allowing evening entertainment. The deluxe pool furniture includes 4 padded chairs, table and 2 loungers. Pool equipment i.e. inflatable kids toys are also included. There is a screen which is easily assembled along the length of the pool available in the garage to prevent accidents with small children falling into the pool and to give peace of mind. There is also a large umbrella on the patio for shade as the pool area is South facing.There is also a pool and spa cover fitted to help keep the pool heat in during colder months
