Condo for rent in Grand Cayman West Bay

This lovely 3 bedroom retreat is located in the Villas Pappagallo complex. We think it is one of the nicest areas of Grand Cayman Island. If you are familiar with Grand Cayman you know it is located across the street from Pappagallo's Ristorante. A short drive away you will find a huge, modern grocery store, a variety of other fine restaurants, and many watersports facilities. There is incredible snorkeling virtually at your front door at Villas Pappagallo, as well as beach horseback riding close by.

This is a BEACH FRONT, 2700 sq. foot, corner villa, and every one of the 3 bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the ocean. There are palm trees for shade, hammocks to relax in, and a beautiful pool complete with waterfall and jacuzzi. This area has a true "Island" feeling! You can walk for miles to either side of this complex and not see another soul, perfect for lovers! ;)

The Villa is decorated to reflect the island spirit. We have been told repeatedly by guests that they are delighted with the amenities.

When you enter you will find a large, double living area, bathroom, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, with brand new carpet. One is a master suite with king bed and large ensuite bathroom, the other 2 spacious bedrooms also contain king beds. There is a roll away cot and Pack N Play available for the tots, who will also enjoy the "kiddie" pool.

The villa is equipped with cable TV and DVD player in each bedroom and living area. Each of the bathrooms has a hairdryer and a full complement of towels.

You will discover a stereo/CD player both upstairs and down, and full size washer and dryer in the laundry area. There is a FAX machine and Wireless Internet access (bring your laptop!), as well as a collection of books and games for your enjoyment.We have a charcoal BBQ grill, rafts, sand toys, and plenty of beach towels for your use.
