This spacious south facing farm cottage, situated near the village of La Brousse, is set in its own grounds in a small farming community surrounded by farmland and vineyards and is ideal for a relaxing, stress free holiday and a paradise for children, whether swimming in the splash pool or going for a bike ride around the lanes to neighbouring villages in the safe countryside surroundings. There are many local walks; interesting places to visit nearby; whilst the coast can be reached within an hour, as can Futuroscope in the opposite direction.
Ground Floor
• Kitchen - traditional farmhouse kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc as well as plenty of cooking/serving items. Kitchen table(s) with chairs for 8.
• Lounge - large relaxing room (no television but a CD/stereo player, books & games) with comfortable wicker furniture.
• Hugely large Shower room / WC
• Master bedroom - comprises of double bed, wardrobes, tables, lamps and ceiling fan.
First Floor
• Bedroom two & three - 2 good sized bedrooms with two single beds in each, with concealed clothes hanging space, bedside lamp etc.
The Garden
The lounge door leads to a south facing enclosed garden overlooking farmland. Plenty of chairs and comfortable sun loungers supplied to enable you to relax by the pool and enjoy cool drinks in the warm sun.
Paved BBQ area with table and chairs for relaxing evenings barbequing into the long lazy evenings.
The good-sized splash pool is above ground and circular in shape, measuring approx 1.5m ht x 4.4m diameter, allowing for languid, leisurely floating or more active pool play of several people at a time.
