If it's a spectacular villa you are looking for, then you have found it. Our stunning brand new villa is situated on the very presgtigious Emerald Island Resort. It offers the luxury and privacy of a gated resort lifestyle in a one-of-a-kind location with all the magic and wonder that the centre has to offer. Just 2 miles from Disney, the resort offers a quick escape from the busy Theme Parks. The winding, palm lined floodlit boulevard which leads to Emerald Island is a prelude to the community's grandeur. The collonade entry, complete with magnificent silver dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda provide a dramatic arrival to the exclusive Clubhouse with its fitness centre, sauna, steam room, games room, internet cafe, tennis courts, volley ball and children's play area, all free to guests.

Because we wanted our villa to have the "WOW" factor, we decided not to have the usual "furniture" package which everyone else seems to have, but spent weeks choosing every piece of furniture ourselves to create a really stunning effect.

The villa is brand new, situated on a quite cul-de-sac and backs onto a lake. The master bedroom is HUGE with a beautiful four poster bed and large en-suite bathroom. There are 3 further double bedrooms, all with four poster beds. The three twin rooms are a dream for young people with their beautiful canopies ad drapes.

If there are several families, this villa is ideal with its two large lounges, both with cable TVs and DVDs and formal dining room. There is a also a dining nook and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker and fridge which makes continuous ice (just right for those gin and tonics).

The large south facing pool and jacuzzi are ideal for relaxing in after a hard day at the Theme Parks. You can let the men cook on the large barbeque and the children can have a great time in the games room with its pool table, electronic basketball and table football, or on the Playstation.

The pool is protected by a barrier to keep the little ones safe and there is a cot, highchair and stroller for your use. All linen and towels are provided as well as hairdryers.

Emerald Island really is just 3 minutes from Disney and close to 24 hour shops and restaurants. It's just half a mile off Highway 192 which is a hive of activity and just 5 minutes from Old Town Kissimmee with lots of extreme sports and a classic car parade on Friday and Saturday nights.

All in all, our villa is ideally located to give you a really perfect vacation.
