My family and I stayed at the property for 2 weeks over the Easter break. The accomodation was of a
very high standard making this great value for money. All of the rooms were very spacious, so much
so that the girls decided to share a bedroom ! The only downside was that we didn't get enough time
to make full use of the pool and the games room due to Theme Parking.
The owner went out of her way to recommend several local restaurants, we only found time to visit 2
of them. She also answered all of our queries fully and honestly and even gave us a call when we
were there to check everything was ok. Excellent customer service.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, it's spotless, spacious and very handy without
being in the middle of neon city. It is all on one floor with a wide corridor and doorways so should
be fine for anyone with disabilities, though I'm not an expert. Only one small step to get up to get
into the porchway. 5 stars.
Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, and Sightseeing

After previous disappointments with other villas my family and I were extremely pleased with ARK
Villa. It is new, modern, well appointed, extremely clean and very comfortable. Everything was as
described in the advert and it was close to all amenities and well maintained. The owner was really
helpful with extra information and as we have a disabled child this was invaluable. We have
recommend
the villa to friends who may wish to visit florida. The Publix supermarket, Applebees restaurant and
other community services are 2 minutes away which made it very convenient. Islands of adventure was
my childerens favourite park along with Typhoon Lagoon. I cannot find anything negative to say about
this villa and I would definitely visit again!
Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, and Sightseeing

Our luxury, four-bedroom, fully air conditioned villa is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The high quality furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-away-from-home and the living room and master bedroom have cable TV.
Four bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities (ideal for 2 families) in addition to the family bathroom and extended pool deck area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture. The large open plan family room is comfortably furnished to a high standard and looks out on to the private pool area. Both the family room and the living room have Queen sleeper sofa beds. The luxury kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone (with free local calls). Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Our villa sleeps 2-10 people. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. The second bedroom also has en suite facilities with queen size bed and large closet with plenty of hanging space. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms with large closets. A third full size family bathroom has basin, bath, shower, toilet and hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Patio doors lead out from the family room and master bedroom to the fully screened, extended deck area with heated pool. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months. Sun loungers, patio chairs, and table are provided. There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area.
