This detached house, with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, consists of 1,400 squre feet of living area, and is situated in a quiet residential area on Fort Myers Beach, Estero Island, less than three hundred yards from the white sandy beach of the warm Gulf waters.

It is fully air-conditioned with heating available should this ever be necessary. Ample bed linen and towels are provided.

Rental of the home is fully inclusive of electricity, water and garbage collection. There is a telephone in the living room. All local calls, including emergency services (911), are free. Long distance and International calls can be made using your charge card. There is no restriction or charge for incoming calls.

Also included is a house-membership to the Fort Myers Beach Pool. This very modern facility has a large pool for adults and a kiddie area with slides for your children to enjoy!
