Orchid Villa is on the recently compleated Mercedes Homes estate of Sunset Ridge Davenport and is situated on the US27 some 400yds from the I-4 Junction 55.
The villa has 2 queen bedrooms en-suite one of which has direct access to the pool. There are 3 twin bedrooms, one has been decorated for the little ladies, the other two are neuteral in decoration.All bedrooms have cable tv.
There is a den with twin sofabed and tv/dvd/PSP3 somewhere for the kids to sit and play, the villa has wirless broadband fitted.
The lounge is comfortably fitted with a leather suite and has a large tv with cable.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all you would need to cater for,from a salad to a full dinner, there is a dinning room that can seat 8 persons with a utility room to do all the cleaning.
To the rear is a large south facing pool with extended deck and is enclosed on two sides by the border fence to the estate and backs onto conservation ground so is fairly private.
The front of the villa has a large garage and driveway and the villa is located in a corner plot of about 10 villas and looking out the front porch in the evening lets you see the beutifull seunset that gives our road its name of Sunset View Drive.
