The pool area is provided with an umbrella, sun loungers and pool lilos. The Villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils and a Breakfast Area with a table and 4 chairs. The Villa is provided with 2 telephones with FREE LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PHONE CALLS, and has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms,in the lounge, and in the Lanai. The lounge contains an entertainment centre with a satellite TV, a DVD player with a selection of disks and a Hi-Fi unit. There is also a selection of paperback books and board games. The lounge is also provided with a 3-seat sofa which also serves as a queen size sleeper, a 2-seat sofa and a rocking arm chair.
