You can walk directly out from our patio to the pool and beach - each less than a minute's walk away... The convenience is wonderful- No climbing stairs or waiting for the elevator!

The unit is decorated in light Floridian decor with many luxury touches such as crown mouldings, brass accents, new carpet and tile.

The entire condo was remodelled in 2002 with a new open floor plan, new baths and vanities, textured walls,ceiling fans in each room, large tiles in the kitchen and bath. Everything is in beautiful condition. We visit often and keep the unit updated and well maintained.

We have a king bed in the romantic master bedroom complete with memory foam topper, twin beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room. Solid construction ensures a quiet night's rest - you can hear the ocean as you sleep. Each bedroom has direct access to its own private bathroom.

We now have hi-speed wireless internet access.

Our screened lanai (patio) is accessed from both the living room or master bedroom. We love to have our meals on the patio and contemplate the Gulf of Mexico or watch the exotic birds in the lagoon.

Imagine a beautiful spring-fed lagoon surrounded by flowering bushes and scores of palm trees - all overlooking the majestic Gulf of Mexico. In the middle of the lagoon, accessed by quaint footbridges is the pool, whirlpool and clubhouse - all extensively landscaped as well. Truly it's the most beautiful resort on Sanibel!

Sanibel Island is a unique gem along the Florida coast. Relaxed, casual and committed to preserving its natural beauty, Sanibel is 75% conservation land and protected wildlife preserve. What Sanibel lacks is traffic lights, franchise or chain stores/restaurants, street lights, or any buildings higher than 4 floors- you won't find the wall of hi-rises so typical of the rest of Florida. You will find high quality locally-owned shops, restaurants and the best shelling beaches in North America all easily accessable by car or bike path! Add to that the abundent presence of dolphin and pelicans and you have a place like no other.
